Senate Bill 500 Announced!

SB500 – The Detransitioner Protection Act This vital bill protects children from irreversible medical procedures, strengthens parental rights, and ensures transparency in gender-related treatments. It prioritizes informed decision-making, safeguards families, and provides support for detransitioners, ensuring no child is rushed into life-altering interventions without proper safeguards.

HB11 – Paid Family Medical Leave Act:

This bill would establish a government-run paid leave program, funded by mandatory payroll taxes on businesses and employees. It places additional burdens on small businesses and reduces workplace flexibility, making it a costly and unnecessary intervention in private employment arrangements.

HB27 – Librarian Protection Act:

This legislation claims to protect librarians but instead shields them from accountability regarding the materials available in public libraries, including content inappropriate for children. It limits parental rights and community oversight, prioritizing political agendas over transparency and responsible governance.
