CUFI’s 2025 Washington Summit Unites Voices for Israel and the Jewish People
The 2025 Washington Summit, hosted by Christians United for Israel (CUFI), served as a powerful moment of unity between America and Israel. In the face of rising global tensions, CUFI’s 20th annual gathering brought leaders, survivors, and supporters together to stand against the threat posed by the Islamic regime of Iran. The message was clear: bold, decisive action is necessary to ensure a safer world.
Pastor John Hagee, CUFI Founder and Chairman, addressed the Summit with a somber reminder that the fight is far from over. “Our joy is temperate with the knowledge that despite all of these military feats recently, Israel has 50 hostages that have not been returned,” Hagee said. “I want those people to know we have not forgotten you.”
Among those offering a deeply personal testimony was Yair Horn, a recently released Israeli hostage. Horn passionately called on American Christians to help bring home the remaining hostages—including his own brother, Eitan, who is still in captivity under Hamas. “Together with [us] can be the reason that every hostage returns home,” he said. “Time is running out and what we do together now can be the difference between despair and hope.”
Col. Richard Kemp, a retired British Army commander, also spoke at the event, emphasizing the shifting strength and independence of Israel in the aftermath of recent conflict. “Israel will emerge from this conflict stronger than it went in,” Kemp said. “Israel now recognizes who its friends and enemies are and has made itself more resilient, more self-sufficient, less dependent on other people’s support from outside the country.”
With attendees from every state across the nation, the 2025 Summit sent a unified message: Israel and the Jewish people are not alone.
As the nation prepares to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, CUFI has already announced next year’s Washington Summit will take place July 5–7 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Registration is open now at a special rate of $75.
