Mountain Resort Kicks Off Start of Summer with Popular Outdoor Concert Series & Art + Farmers Market

ANGEL FIRE, NM – (June 7, 2017) Angel Fire Resort (www.angelfireresort.com ) is gearing up for the busy summer season by announcing dates on two popular events. The Friday evening Cool Summer Nights Concert Series and Sunday morning Art and Farmers Market in Angel Fire, aim to bring area residents together for music, art, local food, and community.

THE COOL SUMMER NIGHTS CONCERT SERIES

Starting June 16 and continuing every Friday through September 1, The Cool Summer Nights Concert Series in Frontier Park will offer live music from regional acts including one of the best party bands from New Mexico, Felix y Los Gatos and southwest rock and country favorites, The Jimmy Stadler Band, who will kick of the summer concert series.

The Cool Summer Nights Concert Series is a free event and will also include a Kids Zone with giant Jenga, cornhole, face painting, and games. Beer from Enchanted Circle Brewing Company and food will be available for purchase.

ANGEL FIRE ART + FARMERS MARKET

Additionally, every Sunday, June 18 through September 3, at Frontier Park, the Angel Fire Art + Farmers Market will showcase a diverse selection of local and regional artists, live music, food, fresh produce from growers and non-profits from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

“Our Art and Farmer’s Market was so well received last summer we’re beginning them earlier this season,“ explained Jennifer Helsel, marketing specialist, Angel Fire Resort.  “We’re expecting vendors with fresh produce and eggs, local meats and dairy products, fresh roasted-on-site Hatch Green Chile and artisanal breads, baked goods and raw honey.”
